A life-threatening illness has a way of changing how you see everything. It did for me, stripping life down to what truly matters and teaching me to trust God more deeply than ever before.

Life after cancer can bring the fear of recurrence, but faith reminds us that our lives are ultimately in God’s hands. You can trust God and still feel afraid.

These days it’s just me, my dogs, and God. In the quiet of this season, I’m learning that healing doesn’t always begin with answers, it often begins with stillness.
